I just love Danauk's boardwalk photo it looks like 2 completely different pictures joined together, with the bright bit at the bottom and the stormy sky.

Some great photos this week I think, the best yet I reckon.

Really like some of the aspects of some of the pics - MinnieBoo's Dolphin, Florida Sun's All Stars and Wilma Bride's Broom immediately jump to mind.

Also, some of the scenic type ones are also fantastic. Alan, love your one of the Boardwalk. What setting was it taken on?

Could be a close one this week!

Not sure about the ships either, since photos of them were also entered in the Transportation comp. Perhaps we need a ruling from Deb as to what actually qualifies as a 'resort'?

I must admit that I wouldn't have immediately thought of DCL when posting the topic, but this is a 'just for fun' competition, so I wouldn't consider disqualifying the entry. On the basis that I don't think the Black Pearl could be interpreted as a resort in any way, I'll just enter Andrew's first two entries to the voting.

The photo was taken using my 17-35mm lens set at 26mm for 3 seconds at f3.5, ISO 100. The camera was mounted on a small tripod.
