UGH!!!! I need help, please.

Ok, DS is on the Challenger Little League, this league if for medically fragile and special needs children. I was trying to make some parent t-shirts with the baseball Mickey and cheerleader Minnie. I have played with the images all day and I have given up trying to make something out of them. We are the Georgia Bulldogs, I could change the colors of Mickey and Minnie's outfits, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the bulldog logo on Mickey's hat. Can someone help me? I was wanting to try and do something like this for Minnie and Mickey: (copied from Momof2OH and Minniemousemom)

I tried contacting them and asked them to make one for me, but have not heard back from them. Please help me. The teams first game is Saturday and they are having a parade, we were hoping to have the shirts made for the season opener. A HUGE thanks to anyone who helps.
