I guess it's just the final straw with horrible customer service that is everywhere. I was trying to order a movie and with order you could get a DS game for $9.99...of course the movies always cost more than you can find in the stores and with shipping even more, but OK..you get little extras and such. So, I put in my full price movie and add a game and it doesn't give me the deal. Fine..OK..where is the chat button or a way to figure out what I need to do too get the deal? Nothing..No where..OK..call the number and it goes through a long automated thing with no option to be connected to a live person. Click 0 and buttons, etc..same ramble. hang up. Try to find out how to cancel because, really, not worth the hassle. Have to search to find out how to cancel (plenty of places say you CAN cancel but takes a bit to find out HOW) Finally find the number that directs me to same number already tried..go through menu after menu and hear tons of useless info and finally just start hitting numbers and finally get "hold for next.." I think this center is in India or somewhere..I say I want to cancel, am told OK (no question about why) and then she tries to UPSELL stuff to me.. I'm CANCELLING..so ask for supervisor and just explain why I was cancelling...get the fakey cheerful sorry about that and then say how difficult it is to talk to a real person and get argued with about that.
Sheesh...
I realize for people who buy alot of movies this can save money..maybe..but still, not worth it for me any longer.
