Ugh. Annoying Facebook confim box - help!

I don't know why but lately when I go to navigate away from Facebook I get a confirm pop up box. It asks if I was to navigate away from the page (or something like that). I t doesn't do it all the time, just randomly. I noticed it starting happening after I switched to the new profile.

Is anyone else having this problem? How do I make it go away?

I'd be concerned about what that could be, because neither my wife nor I am getting that.

Is it happening on lots of different kinds of pages? or only within specific FB apps? or only on certain people's profiles or only on your own wall?

I echo bicker. Both my sons have a FB account, as do I, and none of us have that happen. My sons have had the new profile longer than I have. But still, no pop-ups like that for any of us.

There is no rhyme or reason for when it pops up. And it's not a constant thing. I could be leaving Facebook, going to a game, out of a game, whatever. I tried looking it up and some talk about a script error but I haven't found a fix. It's only confined to facebook.

Sounds like invasive adware on your computer, targeted at your FB usage, a FB-specific add-in (such as Better Facebook), or something specific to the FB advertising that is being targeted (specifically) at you (though it is unlikely that any such thing would survive more than a few minutes before FB being innundated with complaints about it prompting removal of that advertiser from the system).

I did some more digging and it may have something to do with add-on extensions through mozilla. I went and disabled the Zynga toolbar so we'll see if that fixes it.
