Uggs website not working?

I order yesterday the dakota from the official Uggs website I paid it and everything. I didn't get an email confirmation and when I went to my account it wasn't there. I tried calling their phone number is not working, the chat doesn't work either. I tried to find the same pair and it seems to be sold out everywhere. I went to the online retailers to see if I will find a place that has them and the list is gone it only brings up nordstrom. Is anyone else having this problem?
