I thought I had read that you could book up to three rooms with a pin offer?

I just called reservations and wanted to get two rooms...one for me, dh and the kids and one for my mom and her bf. I was told that our room would be discounted, but theirs would be at rack rate???

Am I going about this wrong? Should I try and book two rooms separately...one under my name and one under dh's?

How have others done it?

Thanks!! :)

Thanks!!

I did call back and was told that they could link the pin to up to three rooms! Got everything booked!

:thumbsup2

Quick question, how did you handle the charges for each room?

Was it all booked under 1 credit card or did you book your mom's room on a different card? I figured I asked in here since you've already booked.

I am pretty sure there will be one reservation for all 3 room with the OP's name holding the reservation.

I'm also planning on booking 3 rooms under my pin. I wonder if it's worth booking an extra room or shoud 4 people just shack up and save some $$$.

I used a pin to book three rooms. I paid the deposit on all three rooms. Right now, it looks like I will only need two rooms but booked three just to be safe. (Perhaps DD and her husband will decide to join her sister and I:)) One room is in my name, one in DD, and one room is in a friends name. The person I spoke with on the phone asked about room charges and I said only DD and I would be using my credit card for charges; my friend would be using her credit card for her room. I was told that I can cancel the 3rd room anytime up to five days prior to our arrival without penalty.

I was given 3 different confirmation numbers, one for each room. They emailed me a copy of DD and my rooms then emailed my friend her room confirmation.

Ok, how are you going about paying for the money that is still owed? That's where I'm confused. Say when it gets near the end where you have to pay it off but your DD wants to put the rest on a CC, how would they go about doing that?

My pin was for room only. I just reserved three rooms, no tickets (I have unused non-expiration tickets for DD and I) and no dining. I needed to pay for one night on each room. The rest is not due until we check in. At that time I will pay for my room and DD's room. My friend will pay for her room (plus reimburse me for the deposit I paid on her room). Hope that helps with your question on payment.

They booked my mom's room separately (just attached the pin rate). I gave them all her information (most was already in their system as she's been there before) and she was able to call back with the reservation # and pay the deposit with her credit card. At this point, it's entirely in her hands! HTH :)

Thanks, I was able to chat with a CSR and they said I could make them all under different names.
