Washing and Cleaning Instructions:
Washing the uggs
1.Hand wash only. DO NOT use a washing machine.
2.Moisten sheepskin footwear with clean, cold water.
3.Wet entire boot when cleaning to ensure equal drying or you could end up with visible water lines.
4.Dilute Cleaner & Conditioner with water and Cleaner & Conditioner.
5.Apply a small amount of diluted Cleaner & Conditioner to a clean wet sponge. DO NOT apply Cleaner & Conditioner directly onto footwear.
6.Gently scrub to clean entire area. Sheepskin has a delicate surface, which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively, or with an undiluted concentration.
7.Rinse clean in clean, cold water; wring out excess water; lightly stuff with paper towels to hold shape; allow to dry naturally and slowly. DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.
8.Once footwear is dry, lightly brush with a very soft suede/nubuck brush in one direction only.
9.Use a mixture of 2 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. corn flour to deodorize and soften the inside of the boots. If you wish, you can add a few drops of an essential oil to create a sweet scent. Shake the mixture into the boots and let it stand overnight. Shake the excess out the next day.

Removing the stains
If you have a grease stain on your footwear, use a razor or sharp knife to scrape some powder from a white chalk over the stain, leave it for a few minutes. Then blow away the excess chalk and with your hand, gently rub the stain. Repeat this a few times until the stain has almost disappeared. For extremely tough stains you can gently rub the stain with sandpaper but beware that this may take the colour away.
Removing Rain Spots
Sometimes you can get what we call "spotting" where the footwear has come into contact with a few drops of water. You can usually eliminate this by folding the footwear onto itself, that is skin against skin, and gently rub it together.
Deodorizing your Uggs
Use a mixture of 2 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. corn flour to deodorize and soften the inside of the boots. If you wish, you can add a few drops of an essential oil to create a sweet scent. Shake the mixture into the boots and let it stand overnight. Shake the excess out the next day.
