UCT Buy 2, Get 2 free with VB promo, able to upgrade?

I've gotten conflicting reports about these tickets. Are the Undercover Tourist promo tickets (the ones that expire in May) for buy 2, get 2 free promo ticket able to be upgraded?

Anyone had recent experience?

think this question was asked back in the spring.
if i remember correctly, peeps were able to upgrade the UT tickets but the free tickets were not included in determining the cost when upgrading.

hopefully someone will post their experiences on the value of the UT promo tickets
when they did upgrade to the ap

if UO does allow all 4 tickets the same value, then it would be a steal for you to upgrade.

When I called UT, they said no.

Universal has never not upgraded those types of tickets in the past. They just don't upgrade the free part. Contact Universal and see what they say.
