UCT and Avis counter lines

I really want to take advantage of discount UCT offers on car rental. I am wondering how the lines have been recently at the counter for Avis if anyone has any recent experience? Or if anyone has had success skipping the counter and going to the garage. Thanks so much

Not sure about Orlando but recently rented out of Tampa...
The lines at the main counter were pretty long. I had Preferred so went down to the garage... there were 5 or 6 people in front of me and two working the counter. Took about 15-20 minutes or so.

Fast forward to drop off... due to airline problems we had to go to Jacksonville airport. When walking though the terminal the line for Avis looked pretty substantial although the preferred counter only seemed to have one customer.

Used UCT with Avis on 3/14 around 11am out of terminal B and was first in line. Only a few people came behind me. The Budget line on the other hand was 20 deep.
