Can y'all talk me through the Uber process? I have only used it once, when I took my daughter to see a show at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. We used it to get from our hotel to the AA Center with no problem. When it was time to go back to the hotel, however, I tried to book another ride and it said my account was suspended. I was lucky to find one of the last cabs (We had stayed late for a meet and greet). Later, Uber said it was a mistake and reinstated my account, but I was still left without a ride back to my hotel and I've been wary to have them again.
However. We are flying into Ontario at the end of the month. For my group of five, a dedicated Super Shuttle is about $100. Uber is quoting me $60.
Questions: when would I need to use the Uber App to schedule my ride? Where would I go for pickup? Does anyone have any experience?
