We've never flown into SNA, can anyone tell me where we should head for Uber pick up?

Thanks!

When you make the initial request they tell you. I can't recall where we were told.

We made the horrid decision of skipping uber and going with the $11 pp random shuttle. Ended up in a deathtrap hurtling 90mph over flyovers with a driver who was falling asleep. Shudder.

Good to know as I haven't decided if we're using uber or SS.

Thanks for the replies. I'm pushing my luck with DH going to Disneyland at all. I'm trying to make it as easy as I can and that would never include a shuttle!

The last 3 times I've been to DL I used Supershuttle, a taxi, and Uber from SNA. Uber was by far the easiest (and quickest, for no other drop-offs, and much cheaper than a taxi).
Our pick-up was just beyond the taxis (outside of baggage claim and a little to the right).

We always wait outside of baggage claim. The drivers have always called us and asked us what pillar # we were near.

does anyone know approximate cost to Uber from SNA? Just wondering if it would be cheaper than Super Shuttle for 2 people.

I am the biggest Uber advocate, but if you are looking for the most seamless transportation without any delays or hassle if you are worried about Hubby, Taxi is always on standby and you can hop in and just go but expect a $45 cab ride.

Super shuttle is a crap shoot. You can get a coupon for $3 off per person and bring it down to like, $8 each way per person, but last time I used it it took well over an hour, and I was the last dropped off. I'm going to download Uber and get their first-timer's discount this time. I understand it can get you a $12 trip.

It should get you a $15 trip.

Yeah, I've used SS two different trips and it's been fine for us, always the first or 2nd dropped off, but I know it's not always that way.

When we used Uber for the first time in March, we just walked outside and called. Each area at SNA is marked with numbers (on the pillars) and you can see their driving progress on your app, which is cool.

We used the first timers discount (feeling22) and got $22 off. We had an Uber XL and paid $12 from airport to GCH and $9.78 back with the same discount on my daughter's phone. If you just used a regular vehicle and not an XL it would be even less--possibly free.
