Uber (or other transport) from Port Canaveral to airport on debarkation day

Does anyone have info on how easy or difficult it is to get an Uber or Lyft from Port Canaveral on debarkation day? Or are there private shuttle services from the port to MLB airport? We need to go from the port to Melbourne airport after we debark that morning so Disney bus transport isn’t available, and it seems expensive and complicated to rent a car for the trip from the port to the airport. TIA!
