Uber/Lyft from Port to nearby hotel?

Considering options with an upcoming cruise....we have an earlier flight out and I would like to use a park and cruise hotel, but am a bit nervous about grabbing a shuttle - if they'll be available that early and if they are reliable. I'd like to Uber or Lyft back to the hotel. Anyone done this? Any trouble getting a car early in the morning from the port?
