We will be taking an Uber from the airport to ASMovies since I think that will be the cheapest option. We would like to stop at a grocery story on the way to buy water, granola bars, and a few other snacks. Will we need to make it two different Uber trips? Should I figure out what the closest grocery store to our hotel is and take an Uber there first? And then when we are done grocery shopping, request another Uber? If there is a better way to go about this, please let me know. And if this is the best plan, do you know a good place to stop near ASMovies for groceries? Thanks!

You might use the PICK UP feature at a store, Target, Walmart, Publix .
You would save time not having to shop.
Run in , get items, get back in UBER.

We have used black car in the past and always stopped at a grocery store. Usually less than 15 minutes to get what we needed.

Uber doesn’t do multiple stops. You’d have to do it as two trips, and traipse around the supermarket with your luggage. If you must have a grocery stop, I highly recommend you book with one of the car services in the area that includes one. You can also get groceries delivered via Instacart, Amazon, Garden Grocer, etc. rather than stopping en route to your resort. It’s worth noting that the All Stars are some of the furthest resorts from the airport, and the closest grocery store to them would not be en route from the airport at all. Most of the local car services who offer grocery stops stop at the Publix at 9930 Universal Blvd, which is en route (just off of SR 528, right before getting onto I-4), but it’s up to the driver.

I use Amazon all the time at home. Their delivery seems a little spotty these days. I've never attempted to have something delivered to a different location though. Is that easy to do? Will they just keep my package at Bell services if it arrives before I do? I've used Tony Hines when we went to Universal. Do you have any other car service recommendations?

Tony Hinds is certainly one option which would include a grocery stop. Others would be Tiffany Town Car, FL Tours, Ace Luxury Transportation, and several others.

We get Instacart to the resorts all the time. You can order ahead and pick the delivery time. If you are delayed bell services will keep it. We put a note to the delivery person that we will meet them at the main lobby entrance, and to leave it with bell services if we are delayed. If your order is large you can use a bell services cart to haul it!
