Uber for family of 4 (2 Adults 2 Children) VS Mears Express ?

Did anyone compare and see which would be the cheaper option?

Uber pricing is dynamic, and from my experience, can vary. Make sure that you compare using UberXL, since there are four people and luggage.

Adding: In 2021, an UberXL from MCO to Dolphin at 1130pm, was $99.13 (not including tip, which was paid with cash).

Another example: In summer 2022, a LyftXL was $67.26 (tip with cash), going to Universal from MCO. We used Lyft because Uber was very high at the time, over $100.00 for the same ride.

I have found prices to vary considerably with uber. In the last year I have paid as little as $28 and as much as $75 when demand was high. If I can snag a $70 or less one day rental with Alamo from the airport and drop off at the Disney car care center I do this now knowing how the rates do vary and we love being able to grab some groceries and a quick trip to the outlets. Same with returning to the airport. Having a car for 24 hours before our flight lets us control our time without having to check our luggage. We can just leave from the parks to the airport.

Don’t book the Express service with Mears Connect; book private car service with Mears Global (Mears.com). It will be less expensive, private, direct service in a luxury vehicle with a driver who meets you at baggage claim.
