Okay. So, is everyone sitting on the edge of their seats?

So, when triplet #1 graduated we gave him a party & a couple of very nice gifts.

Now, triplet #2 is graduating. Actually, JUST came in and informed me she just finished her last college class, and will recieve her grades by the end of next week. She has recieved one of her gifts already so that she can use it for Disney.

Triplet #3 is scheduled to graduate in December. He also has received one of his gifts in order to use it in disney.

So, what do you think their gifts are?

First the goodie bags.

The first picture below is of the guys goodie bags. the candy bags have their names on one side & a character on the other. I thought I had taken better pictures of these, but I guess not.

I was out shopping the other day and low and behold what did I find that would come in very handy?...



Minnie Mouse packing tape! How cool is this?

So, the packages have been mailed! Thank goodness. I found I kept wanting to add to them. Good thing I didn't too, they barely fit in the boxes I had bought.

Because I can not seem to sleep, you will be able to. I shall now reveal what the graduation gifts are that they have already received. Ready....

cameras! Yup, after DD had said she wanted a watch, then a leather jacket, she saw a camera DH was looking at and decided she wanted that. She has never had a DSLR. Now she is the very proud owner of a Nikon DSLR. The compact one. She loves it. Hasn't stopped using it since we gave it to her.

And DS has wanted a particular Nikon DSLR since he was in high school. Originally we were going to wait until he actually graduated, since that is not expected until December. But, while looking at DD's we noticed his was at a price we couldn't turn down. Saving us over $500! We would never have been able to afford it if it had been any where near full price. And since it seemed cruel to have this beautiful camera for him and not give it to him for vacation we presented it to him the other night, with the stipulation, IF he doesn't graduate for some odd reason, he is to give the camera back to us until he does.

Now, fair is fair, and since we spent more on the first to graduate we have a couple other surprises for DD.

Now, onto my addiction. Do you remember what it is? ..... luggage

Well, 2 of the triplets went to Paris last year with their college course,, so Santa had brought them each a piece of "grown up" luggage. They claimed the disney luggage wasn't mature enough.

Well their brother who will graduate in Dec. Only has "kid" luggage. Now, we have plenty of luggage he could use if neccessary, but it does seem a college grad should have their own "mature" luggage. So, DH, myself, and DS (that already graduated) went luggage shopping. We figured try the place where we got the great deal on DD's birthday luggage. And we found a great deal. Originally we were only going to get him a small piece. But we found a great deal on a 24" Tommy Hilfiger piece. So, we picked that up. Then we noticed a smaller carry on to match it. But, it had no price on it. So, as we looked for another one, there was so much luggage. Suddenly I realized 2 things, 1) DH would be the only one without new luggage, and 2) what if the cloth sided luggage got water damage while in the attic during the roofing incident?!! How could we possibly take that chance. Oh, I had to mention this to DH. (hehehe I told you an addiction), So, he noticed a couple of pieces he liked. Well, long story short, we walked out with 4 pieces of luggage! I tried to talk DH into something more "fun" than what he picked out, but I guess it IS HIS luggage. So, he got boring blue Samsonite. Both sets are beautiful and we really did get a bargain on them. All 4 pieces and a couple odds and ends for less than $300. So, I really truly have to sell some of our luggage on ebay. Truly, I have said that before, but I really need to now. WE have NO where to store all this luggage.
Oh, yeah, btw, the attic got no rain. Luggage is fine. Well, I couldn't take that chance could I?
I don't have any pictures of the luggage. Sorry.

Tomorrow is DD's sleepover birthday party. I really need to get some sleep tonight, as I have a feeling I will not be sleeping tomorrow night.

LOL about the luggage... I sure hope your existing luggage wasn't wrecked in the roof leak... but I am glad you have some to replace it now if necessary.

ahh...adoption....ahh.... no room at the Inn. sorry. I too am jealous. I have a Canon. It was actually more expensive than either of these cameras, but I am jealous of theirs.

Yeah, we are really proud of her. She had a real tough time dealing with all the deaths. But, she kept enduring and moving forward and now she has something noone can take away. Knowledge. So proud.

I can't wait to share all the surprises with everyone. I can't wait to see how everything unravels.

Well, today is the birthday girls big sleepover party with a couple of friends. Hopefully all will go well. We have crafts planned. Of course DD requested I make do not disturb signs for all the girls. Which I did. DD decided she wanted one too. LOL ...ahh... I JUST made you one. Which of course I couldn't say to her. So, she has another one. I didn't bother to laminate these ones. Disney themed of course.

Well, off to clean a little. AND the UPS truck just pulled up as I was logging off. I SO hope it is the last thing I am waiting for.

If you have a Burlington Coat Factory around you that is where I got those great deals. Also, we have seen good deals at TJ Max and Marshalls.

The shipping cost was outrageous. It is suggested you don't use the regular mail, as they don't recognize each individual resort. They will deliver to the main Disney address. At that time Disney will use their internal mail. So, more chance for lost items and it takes longer. I used UPS last time & this time, there is one fairly close to us, so it is convenient. We had no problems last time, so we went with them again this time. However it cost as much to ship as it did to buy everything, maybe more. lol But, I think it will be a nice touch to a wonderful vacation. So....priceless.

The sleepover went well. The last girl just left. I was planning on taking a nap with DD today, but the roofers are here working on DS ceiling, so no quiet nap today.

I don't have any updates for today, other than....

next week confirming all ressies. Limo, rental car, hotels. YAY!

I love my sleep, almost as much as Disney. I will give up TRYING to sleep.
I hope you all have a wonderful time together. I can't imagine not seeing my kids for over 1 year. I don't have granbabies yet, but can only imagine. I keep telling my kids DH & I will retire where ever most of our grandkids live.
