Thank you . She slept better last night. But I was worried about the fever. Advil seems to be lasting about 7hours now. Progress. She said one of her ears is starting to feel better. The swelling has gone down slightly. She asked if we can just lay in my bed today. So that is where we are. She has fallen bk to sleep. I'm going to try as well . It is a weird day we shall see if the roofers show up and ruin our nap or not.

ohhh a new video camera!!!! that is the BEST!!! we are in need of a new one. i just don't know what to buy! the one we have we cannot find the little disks for them!!! so CONGRATS!!! I hope you post the big reveal on video for us!!!
As for keep the secret. it is NOT easy. every time the kiddos bring it up and are sad about not going any time soon you naturally want to comfort them and let them know YOU ARE GOING.. Just always want to see your kids smile... yet knowing the surprise will be the the best!!! so keep that in mind! anytime you feel like to want to get it out i am always here!
So exciting for all your new gadgets!!!! Love to hear people getting new toys!

I haven't stumbled across your big update on anyone else's thread, so how is your little one feeling? I hope she is much improved. Those ear infections can be nasty! Sounds like she's being a real trouper though, bless her heart!

I was at Burlington a couple of times last month and they didn't have those pieces. I'd love to have a small one to carry on. Maybe I'll check again soon. Also, hope your computer troubles end soon. I can't even imagine being without mine or having limited use.

We have a sign in the basement "football" den that says "A family divided" with both a Ravens and a steelers helmet. Poor dh is in the minority around here since my entire family (except my dil) are Ravens fans. Dil is also a fan of that other team.

First of YAY to football season being right around the corner. And I want to make it clear all my bah ha about my team beating your team is all in good fun. I sincerely enjoy the GAME. I root for the team that is the best role model for our young. And honestly after some of the trades the Pats made this off season then with the Hernandez horror, I was going to become (sorry) a possible Colts fan. BUT, then the most remarkable thing happened.... Tim Tebow is a Patriot! I may have to remain a Pats fan for atleast another year.

Regarding DD, the littlle one, we were back at the doctors today. And the new and not so improved diagnosis is.... Parotiditis. Basically, an infection in a saliva gland. Of course that doesn't replace the swimmers ear, or the inner ear infection, it is in addition to. my poor baby. The good news is the antibiotic she is on for the inner ear, will take car of this as well. At least if it is the type of Parotiditis that is most common in children. If not, then we will be talking tests such as ultra sounds, etc. But, I am not going there. She finally feeling a little better. The swelling in her cheeks/jaw is a little less, her fever hasn't been above 100 since the middle of the night, and she is laughing again. Not crying. I am finally breathing again. So, we are having a disney movie night. We already watched Tangled. I am taking a little break. Then we will watch another.

I am sitting here giggling about a couple of stupid things I have done this past week. I am blaming sleep deprivation. I so want to share them with you all, but they are to wait until the TR. sorry not PTR appropriate. You will have to sit & wait.

I still have no idea where I posted my long winded post about my purchase, but I figure that maybe I am not supposed to share it for some reason, so I will take the hint and wait until the TR for that as well. Need to add that to my list of things to tell you after.

Okay, a couple more things to do online, then off to watch....hmmm.... I am up for Enchanted. But, she is not a big fan. She will pick tonight.

I'm going to just speak in faith to DD's quick recovery and that the current antibiotics that she is on will whisk away everything it needs to!

SO excited for football season!! I am a west coast fan... sorry ladies but I am Niners Faithful all the way... But I really do hope to see Tebow flourish somewhere... it was sad that the Jets didn't really take the time with him..

With that said... you are the queen of suspense Dee! I am waiting on pins and needles about all the surprises and "secrets" we get to hear about when you return!

Ok, a quick question... why do posters say that "they are in" or "subbing" on a PTR or a TR? Should I have told you that first before posting? Omgoodness, what a dumb thing to ask but I just gotta! ...
