Typhoon or Blizzard with an infant?

Actually we are planning to visit both water parks. But on one day we will have grandparents to help us out. We also have an 8 yr. old DS and 5 yr. old DD. The grandparents could care less which park they go to. Basically we are trying to decide which park we would need more help with the baby, so we can have some time with our older children. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.
