Typhoon Lagoon Reports?

Any recent reports/experiences with crowds and water temps at Typhoon Lagoon this week with the weather being so warm? We usually skip the water parks at Christmas but are consider TL for early next week with the weather being so nice.

We were hoping to hit Blizzard Beach on Jan 4 if it reopens on time but looks like the weather may cool some by then.

Went to TL on Saturday the 12th and Monday the 14th. Temps were in the upper 70's/low 80's.

Granted, WDW was not packed with the Christmas crush, but with the land parks pretty busy....... the water park was dead.

I was surprised the locals were not there on my Saturday visit.

I think a lot of people are not willing to add the waterpark option for a family of 4 (hypothetical) to only squeeze in a single bonus day at the waterpark when all the resorts have pools that could be used........plus the extra warm weather has been a surprise to everyone.
