Typhoon lagoon lazy river

Does anyone know if the lazy river is now open all the way around yet?

We were there in August and went all the way around so I guess it's open. I didn't realize that it was closed at some point.

I enjoyed Typhoon Lagoon sooo much I'm considering upgrading my annual pass next year to include water parks...

I wonder if the OP was talking about how it goes inbetween the wave pool and water slides( so not technically "around" the whole park)?

I was there last week (Monday) and yes, it's completely open.

Yes it is open. It was closed for awhile, never get the straight answer from CM's when several of us on here asked. I was there the other day and it is open.

Thanks so much everyone. I had read on another board and here at on the "review" section that it was partially closed for refurbishment. The person said you had to get out and walk back to where you left your shoes and towel. They said they still liked it but it was a little bit of a hassle

We were there July 28-August 12, and it was open the first day we were there, then closed for about 1 week, they covered the "problem area" with a camouflage type of thing, I was told by a CM that lightning hit the mountain, and it was unstable, not sure if it is true, it did look like there was a huge hole, the problem area is right after the cave where you cross the lazy river on the bridge.

That sounds more likely than the stories we got. One said they were doing landscaping. I don't think at that time of the year they would be doing that.

I heard it was closed too, hopefully it's open again now...
