type of tshirt used

have you use a polyester running type shirt to put iron on on? Or just cotton? my DD shirt was 60% cotton and 40% poly and it worked just fine....i really thought it was cotton until I checked after I put it on lol But mine is 100% poly.....

Well, I have used both, but...the cotton ones work much better..

well i guess i will not find out....the shirt does not fit as well as the other cotton ones I bought....so i am going to return it lol
