Two weeks out an no docs yet. Is that right?

We are leaving in a little more than 2 weeks for the cruise, and haven't received the documents yet. Should we be on the phone with DCL about this?

My came a bit later than usual for our Christmas cruise. They did show up, so hopefully your will too...my hubby's theory is that all the Christmas mail/packages/etc. are slowing things up.

We received our Docs 12 days before my 12/19 Wonder cruise. I would call to see if they are in the mail. Ours were mailed out UPS-3day 17 days before our cruise date. Next sunday I will be on the Wonder.

Call them. They will give you a UPS tracking #. You can go to the UPS website and see when they'll arrive.

We get so accustomed to receiving them a month ahead that it seems as if something is wrong when it's later than that. The policy is 30 to 10 days prior.

Still, it's not a bad idea to call and make certain that they were sent out. I hope that you get that little brown box very soon.

Ours will go to our TA first. We leave on the cruise Dec. 28 and still no docs. She even called DCL and they told her last week that they would mail them on Friday which would of been Dec. 10th!!! Hmm, maybe somebody needs to wake DCL up because, hello, it is Christmas season which means a TON of mail. I need the docs to wrap and put under the tree for Christmas morning. Can you can tell I am not a happy camper with DCL. Our first three cruises the docs always came 6 weeks out but with each cruise it has been later and later. I thought last March was bad at 3 weeks out. Shoot, we are 13 days out from our flight to WDW. We are suppose to leave on Dec. 26th spend 2 days at the Poly. then off on the cruise. We are also in a cat. 3 so the cat. doesn't make any difference and our air is also through DCL. One thing odd, we have known our flights for several weeks so why they didn't mail the docs is beyond me. I will be furious if we are told to pick up at the port. This is a surprise Christmas gift to our daughter. The package was bought 11 months ago. Kathy

Just confirmed info last week for a Feb 2005 cruise. The rep said that we would receive docs 7 to 10 days before departure. Also, they use UPS not regular mail, so volume should not be an issue. UPS works late to get stuff delivered on time!

WE HAVE OUR DOCS for Dec. 28th cruise!!! Just received the call from my husband that our TA has them. Finally it feels like Christmas. I will fill them out tonight and wrap them up for Christmas morning. Now I need to sneak the suitcases upstairs to pack while daughter is in school. The cruise is her Christmas present. Kathy
