TWO weeks in FL.....IT was FUN..but we are headed home in the morning......

We spent 10 nights at WDW and 4 at Vero........ It was fun............ it was a road trip and now it is time to go back home. I have to say that we are NOT EXHAUSTED AND WORN OUT.....I think 4 days at Vero was just what the doctor ordered. I will check back in on Monday with some FINAL THOUGHTS on Vero. We are all ready to get back home. We miss our puppies!!!!

Safe travels to you and your family Denise Glad to hear VB was relaxing and good time Couple days there works well for our family too; not sure our kids would want much more than that anyhow.

We are home. It has been a busy day of unpacking, laundry, running errands, sorting through mail....the usual POST TRIP STUFF. It was a great 2 weeks...but it was also very nice to get home. Our pups are great.....very happy to be home too. Lily is 10 months old today.

We got home at 11:57. We pulled out of Vero at 8:51 so a little over 15 hours. Those last 3 hours were LONGGGGGGGGGGGGG. We hit traffic just south of Richmond and it was stop/go and slooooooowwwwwwwwwww at time until D.C. However....we are back safely. I will post more about my Vero experience soon. Trying to get more stuff done around the house.

Welcome "back" home. Even though DVC/Disney trips are great there is something to be said for getting back home and into a familiar routine. Looking forward to a TR. Don't sugar coat anything though, I know it was not perfect.

You are right!!!!! Let's see...I did put some dishes in the dishwasher..does that count?!!! Okay...I am going to sign off and be productive for a bit.

Looking forward to your thoughts...I would love to spend two weeks away. We've only been at vero one night, our trip got sidelined by our sick son last time so we had to leave early. get to reporting as soon as you can!
