I am definitely doing the happy dance this week. My DCousin just got back from her first trip to WDW (at age 26) and we decided that her sister, my DC29, needs to go. She turns 30 next month, so for her birthday we are giving her a trip to WDW. And of course, who better to go with her than her sister, me, and my sister. :dance3: We can't go in September, so we are planning the trip for January. The four of us always have a riot together and we are 4 confirmed Disney-aholics. DC26 and I have been having a ball trying to figure out what we can do in just 3 days down there. It will be short, but we will have a great time. We considered Disneyland too, but I am thinking for a long weekend, we might as well hit WDW. I have stayed up until the wee hours every night this week trying to figure out how to afford it and how to see as much as possible. DH thinks I'm nuts, but is not trying to discourage us at all. Yay!:yay:

Nothing at all wrong with going twice in one year. I went for my birthday for 8 days last September & then went back in December just so I could see the World decorated for Christmas. You can do a lot in 4 days at WDW, I fit everything in multiple times & didn't need to Fastpass once. I wish you good luck on your short trip, I know you'll have a great time.

This year, i'm headed back home in 16 days & this December finally heading to DLR for a 5 day short trip. People call me crazy but I love Disney!

We are getting ready for our 3rd trip this year. In the past 12 months, we will have spent a total of 31 days in a Disney Resort. Talk about dedication.:yay:

We do Disney 2-3 times a yr. We love being there in Sept,Dec and then the third month can vary. My DH usually picks May. Have a great trip.

Lucky you!

One year, we went as a family in late October. After we got back, my sis and mom decided they wanted to do a family reunion in WDW -- that Christmas! So I got to drive back down six weeks later to do it with them.

Have fun!

Well we just spent a week in the world back in May and we are headed back for another week of fun in 9 days!!! And maybe thinking of next May as well!! :rotfl:

I told my BF that I want to go visit my BFF in Miami for my birthday in March 2009 (just four days). She then said "Want to drive up to Disney overnight?" (which shows you why she is my BFF).

BF had never been to WDW ever - but then again, he hadn't been on a plane since 1978 :scared1: - but as soon as we drove through those Main Gates to WDW he called his mom and said "Mami, I'm in Disney - but I don't see anything yet!" For the next 36 hours he couldn't stop moving; he was so afraid he'd never get back there we went to ALL FOUR PARKS in ONE DAY!!!

As we sat in the Miami airport waiting to get our return flight my cell phone rings - it's BFF with Disney on a conference call, looking to book our next trip. Right then and there we made plans for this October.:cheer2:

Not only is BF now a certified Disney nut (he regularly wears his Pirate Mickey ears around the house just to make himself feel better) but he's convinced HIS BFF (who he has known since Jr. HS) to come with us - this is his first trip ever. It's every kids dream to take their friend to WDW...:lmao:

And after BF's BFF booked his flight down to Orlando he called his mom and said "I can't believe it - I'm finally going to Disney!"

I'm hoping this will show my spoiled little brats how lucky they are to go every other year but really, they are as excited to show the "newbies" around the World as they are to go themselves.:dance3:

We too went on several trips this past year --We went for 12 nights last September, my DD7 and I went for 4 nights in December (best trip ever might i add!), three nights in March while visiting my parents in SW Florida, in June for 4nights with my DH for our anniversary and then again in August for 7 nights with FD!!! Unfortunately my AP expires in 13 days, so it will be awhile before the next trip--hoping for a girls only trip with my two DDs (8 & 5) for next December...Love the holiday decorations. Better start my savings!
I can not get enough of the atmosphere in the parks. I could just bring my camera, get a dole whip and hang out people watching all day long.

I am about to take my 4th trip since last August...A total of 31 days (10, 6, 9, 6) in Disney still doesn't feel like enough! LOL

Have a blast! I had a girls trip with my best friend in January and I'd LOVE to do it again. I was sick and then she got sick, but the whole idea of it was great lol.
