Two reservations rented from two different members

I am not a DVC member. I have rented three days at Poly for myself and another two days for my in-laws. My are now joking us on first day of our trip making it three days for them as well. I was able to find the one night I needed and purchased it as a confirmed reservation from another member.
Ideally they can stay in the same room all three nights. What request should I ask the member to make on the new reservation?

You need to ask each owner to have MS note the other reservation number and that it is a continuous stay.

When they check in, have them ask if they have been kept in the same room as if not, that would be the time for them to try and fix it.

We have never had to switch, but they will tell you it is not guaranteed.
