Two quirky questions -> AKMu to Contemporary and how to get to MK for BBB??

Well my DIS people, I have two challenges I haven't been able to find the answers to.

1 - We have a BBB appointment at 8AM. The MK opens at 9AM. Everything I've read says the buses start 1 hour before the park opens. How can we get there on time?

2 - We have lunch reservations on our laundry/pool morning for Chef Mickey. What is the fastest way to get from ASMu to Chef Mickey?

Busses start running much earlier than 1 hour before park opening. Check with the front desk the night before. Usually they start around 7.

The best way to the CR from ASMu using disney transportation is to take the bus to the MK and walk to the CR instead of going into MK. You can also take a cab, or if you have a car drive over.

Buses start running to the MK around 6:30 or so in the morning so you will have no problem getting there for your 8:00 appointment.
That early in the morning I would just myself plenty of travel time. Be at the bus stop between 7:00 and 7:15.
As the first poster indicated to get to the CR for lunch you just need to take the bus to the MK and then walk over to the CR. You can take the monorail if you wish, the CR is the first stop after the MK, but walking can be faster.

The fastest way to the Contemporary is taking a taxi if you don't mind paying for one. However if you want use WDW transportation I would recommend taking the bus to the Magic Kingdom and from there use the walkway to the Contemporary.

1. Buses will be running by 6:30, perhaps a bit sooner. They don't run as frequently as regular buses, so plan accordingly. Be out at the MK bus stop by 7am...you will most likely be early for your appt, but that's better than late.

2. For a lunch ADR, I would take the MK bus, and then walk over to the CR. The walk takes less than 10 mins and it very well marked. Get off the bus, go right, and walk around the end of the bus area, keeping the monorail overhead, follow the sidewalk to the CR (MK will be on your left, the buses will be on the right). Plan on heading to MK about 45 mins before your ADR.
