I had my answer before I read the other great responses. I'm really going to go outside the box here and say Plaza Inn. It is on Main Street, is quaint with themed dress of the staff, is more affordable 'for Disney' than most TS places, and has an old thymie soda shop feel to it. Its a place where families sit & eat together & meals end with ice cream. It is also at Disneyland & I think this is what Walt had in mind when he pictured you dining at his parks. For this, I feel this restaurant is quintessentially Disney.
