Two questions (merchandise)

1. Dooney & Bourke pouchette - does the strap adjust small enough to carry as a purse or does it have to be worn on the shoulder?

2. Where in the parks (or resorts) are the dog tag/ID printers? I'm looking to get a mickey head tag.
