Two questions, Maxpass and character m&g in the app?

Hi, here now, using Maxpass for the first time (LOVE. IT.) A couple of kids in my daughters band group initially linked with my phone, but then went off on their own. I am having difficulty putting together my FP groups, because the only way I can distinguish between them is by trying to remember whose ticket number is whose. Isn't there a way to label them with names or a picture? Also I'd like to unattach those extra kids from "my tickets" but when I try it says I have to ask a cm or call Disney services.

Next question: there used to be a place in the app to find out character meet n greets. I can't find it any more. Did that go away?

Side note, we got here at 1 pm today and it is VERY crowded. Despite that, we got in 6 rides, a parade, and two counter service meals. It's been a great day!

Click on “attractions” at the top when you’re viewing the park and characters will show up in a drop-down.

Glad you’re having fun!

I’m no help on renaming tickets. The only times I’ve linked people with tickets (and not APs), it let me name them when I put them in.
