I am planning on a trip to disney world the middle of may. We are staying 3 nights. The first day we arrive we don't wanna do a park. We are getting a 2 day hopper ticket. They are running a special with upgrade free. how many choices do you get on a two day hopper pass. Could we do the option disney quest the first day we arrive. Second question we are thinking about adding the dinning is it based on the 2 day ticket or the 3 night stay.. Thanks for you help...

The dining plan is based on the number of nights you are staying. So, if you are staying three nights, you will each have 3 table service, 3 counter service and 3 snacks.
Yes, you could go to Disney Quest on your arrival day. My DH and I had a lot of fun there on our night out with no kids.
