Two people book LLs for different days?

Hello! Can my husband and I both book lightning lanes for different days to get a better chance of getting Tiana and Slinky Dog?

Yes if you are using different MDE accounts. However if you’re both trying for the same day, it may cause errors in the system. If he books for Day 1 while you book Day 2, it should be fine. Make sure you have your party selected in advance. I would also have different credit cards associated with each MDE because sometimes they can get flagged for fraud due to multiple purchases.
