I'm not sure if I am having trouble with my computer or not, so I'd like to hear what others are seeing on the two palms cam site.

My screen shows the date as 6/11/03 time 18:35:05, it hasn't changed for the last three days on my computer. Is this the date and time you see?

Just curious

Andy

Does anyone have any suggestions???

Are you accessing it thru your favorites? That might be problem. Try just typing in the address from scratch.

I'm talking about the two palms cam, not the port cam.

Andy

Andy, you are right. Two palms is stuck on 6/11. Probably needs to be rebooted, but there might not be anyone there today. :(

Hello,

The cam should be back to normal now. We had some hardware problems caused by a recent thunderstorm, but have added some redundant equipment to minimize the chance of this problem recurring.

We're sorry for the inconvenience -- please let us know if you experience any more problems.

Regards,

Jim

Thanks Jim and welcome to the DIS. Please know that many of us check out your camera on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday to watch out favorite ships (the Disney Wonder and Disney Magic) sail away!

Jim,
Welcome to the DIS! :)

Quick question....where exactly IS the two palms cam?? The ship shows up so large, but it doesn't look like it's in the channel.

Thanks!

What day and times are you able to see the ship from the Two Palms cam?

The Wonder on Thursday and Sunday, the Magic on Saturday, usually anywhere from 5:20pm-5:40pm Eastern Time, if the ships are late leaving, the times would be later. The ships are scheduled to leave the port at 5pm Eastern Time. I hope this is as clear as mud now, LOL!!!

Hello again, and thanks for the welcomes! We are actually about a mile south of the channel, with a zoom lens. The ships do look pretty large, don't they?

Thanks again!

I've got 9 weeks from today!!! I captured the Magic as it went past Two Palms today, even was able to make a little 1:25 movie for the Fisher Family that is sailing on her this week. If you have Windows Media Player and would like for me to send this little silent movie, send me an e-mail at apwalters55@comcast.net and in the subject line put Magic 6-21-03 movie.

Here's the Magic sailing by Two Palms this evening. The way the weather was in the port area today, I wasn't sure if we would even be able to see the Magic at all. I never did see it on the port cam today. Someone on this cruise asked me to get some pics for her family of the Magic in port and leaving port.
