two home resorts and two UYs

hi all! we just closed on our resale purchase of 200 pts at BCV!!

i know there's a bit of a wait time before disney has us in the system and as soon as we're in i'm going to book a 1 br for our next vacation!

how will it appear on my member services site? will i have two different member numbers? will it show the different use years and home resorts?

how does disney manage your multiple home resorts and use years on the website?

Great question, I have been wondering the same thing recently since we also buying a resale contract at a different resort with a different UY. I think you will have two member numbers and everything will be separate as if you are two different owners. I am not sure about the dvcmember website, however. I will be watching this thread for the answer to how these separate memberships will be handled online.

We have several contracts under two different UY's. Each UY has its own membership number. Both of the membership's show up under the same website log-in. It sounds like you only have one contract under each UY and they will both show individually. If you had multiples they would all show individually under their respective UY/Membership.

We have recently completed closing and I am wondering if my new UY/Resort will show up or will i have to set it up under current login?

Originally, had 2 membership numbers with multiple contracts. Recently purchased VGC with a different UY. Shortly after closing the new membership and contract information appeared when I logged in. I thought there was a mistake as I didn't recognize the membership number. I had forgotten that with the new UY another membership number would be assigned.

Yes, ours showed up automatically once Disney had entered it. It's actually how I knew we had closed since I hadn't been informed. Some have reported they needed to call and have it set up that way.
