Two Contracts Same UY

My first contract hasn't even passed ROFR and already thinking about #2. (Addictive isn't it!)

My Question. If you have two contracts with same UY and same resort can you book full amount of both contract points at 11 months at your home resort? I've looked but get confused. TIA for any help.

Yes. I own two contracts--130 points and 50 points. Both are at BLT. They function as one big 180 point contracts for booking purposes.

Keep in mind that they are two separate contracts and you should make sure that MS uses the points as you want them to.

We have had them borrow points when we still had points available in our other contracts.

The answer is maybe. If you add on and the owners are listed EXACTLY the same on the second contract, DVC intends to add them to your master contract where they'll function as one other than for sales purposes. If you list the owners differently, they will not be under on umbrella. In the first case you'll have no problem. Even if they were separate master contracts you'd have the 11 month priority if the same resort but would not be able to use the points together to make a single reservation without transferring points or making separate reservations and linking them.

Good point. I have made it a habit of telling MS exactly where to take the points from when making reservations.

We're getting addonitis as well.. our first 150 pt contract will be paid for in the coming months.. now I'm itching to add on.
