Love the wedding news - finding shoes is always tricky!

As for showing them ..... will you do a wedding update? I guess MANY of us here would love to see you on your big day! BOTH of you, that is!

All the clothes you bought look wonderful - I especially love the "nautical" dress! Mickey will love it too!

We will defo do a wedding update, but most prob not til we get back from Florida. We will, however, be doing Tweets/Facebook updates, so look out for those. Will try and upload a couple of wedding photos for everyone too

Baking is good and bad, good because we get yummy treats, but bad for the waistline, esp before the wedding but I guess that's what Spanx is for

I love the new purchases! The dress for the cruise is very pretty and nautical looking - I love the butterflies on them! Also the playsuits are perfect for Lake Garda.

Day 1 - Thursday September 15th
Today is Cruise Day!!! Will most probably wake up around 8am-ish (depending on jetlag) grab some breakfast and wander the resort in the day time before waiting for our car to pick us up to take us to PC where we can't wait to catch our first glimpse of...

We are thinking about getting there for around 11am. Have no clue what to expect etc but I am guessing we will have to clear Customs, Health Checks etc before being given a boarding no. One good thing about Concierge is that we get to board first and from a separate entrance, so should be interesting.

Once cleared and on board, we'll make our way to the Concierge Lounge to meet with the team to go over any excursions etc we might want to book, but am hoping to have this done by next week. So if that goes quickly we will most prob wander the ship until our room is ready.

Dinner for the night we are not sure of, possibly Palo. But our three restaurants of choice are:-

We're thinking of eating at Roayl Palace on Pirate Night so we can still catch the fireworks. If we can't make it to deck, we know for sure that we will be able to catch them from our verandah.

Other activities for the day I guess are just to get used to the ship, wander and take it all in. Am also thinking of doing these babies on the first day too.

Looking forward to some retail therapy on board

So our first day on the ship is pretty much exploring, but still fun all the same.

Evening/Afternoon All

Hope you start to the week has been good. Work today wasn't so bad, started off a bit iffy, but by lunchtime it turned out pretty good, made even more so by my lovely fiancee who came bearing lunch goodies. We ended up sitting in the cemetery near my work (I know it sounds creepy, but this cemetery is quite famous and in the summer is not a bad place to sit at lunch away from the office) basking in the sun, which was oh so hot today.

Anywho, enough of that. What I have been wanting to post for a few days now is this (hope its ok to post this).

I saw these and was drooling over my phone one morning. I so can't wait to try one of these babies, defo make a great snack when we're waiting for Fantasmic to start.

I like the sound of the last one, what about you guys?

Day 2 - Friday September 16th
Today we dock in Nassau. Am very excited to be going to the Caribbean, apart from Disney, Italy and Singapore, The Bahamas is next on my list of travels.

Originally we were planning to just stay on the ship and explore, take advantage of it being not so busy. But seeing as how this is our first time in the Bahamas we just had to do something. So Dave came up with the suggestion of...

The Blue Lagoon Sea Lion Encounter.

After reading reviews we are very excited to do this, as its something different to the usual dolphin encounter. The sea lions have alot of character and different facial expressions and apparently are alot of fun to interact with. Not to mention you get to give them a cuddle and they give you a cheeky little peck on the cheek too.

Blue Lagoon itself also sounds quite nice, I have read that after your encounter you can wander around and have some lunch and also observe the dolphins as well. But I need to get more info from my concierge person about exactly what we can do next week.

After that we will return to the ship, but not before staking out the rum shop that Karin (Dizneeat) visits on her travels to pick up some rum cake. Must remember to get directions from you before we go Karin

So that's pretty much Day 2, after a (fingers crossed) successful cake run we'll go back to the ship and see how busy Aqua Duck is and maybe go on that a couple of times and then just chill

The video they use to entice people is pretty cool, they are very playful and funny so it should be good. We have done dolphin feeding at Sea world already and have been in the water to stroke and take our picture with a pink dolphin in Singapore so we didn't feel the need to choose the dolphin encounter this time
