Anyone ever heard of this? My sister been into it for a while, but ive just started looking into it, these last couple of weeks. I am a big fan of what they are doing. Their doing a concert, here next weekend. And we will hopefully be going. =) opinions??

the near-constant presence of evil ever since. She has felt t
he touch of awful naked men, battled depression and addiction,
and attempted suicide. Her arms remember razor blades,
fifty scars that speak of self-inflicted wounds. Everyone is asleep.
The sun is rising. She drinks long from a bottle of liquor, takes a
razor blade from the table, and locks herself in the bathroom.
She cuts herself with the blade to write "F*** Up", large across
her left forearm.

I don't have a shirt, but I completely support it.
My favorite message board is one of the facebook TWLOHA message boards.
The people are so great.
And, even if you've never self-injured... if you go there... you are loved.
It's all about love.

I've never heard of them before you mentioned it.

I think its a good program.

I've self-harmed. It isn't an easy thing, to stand there while everyone blissfully ignores you as you kill yourself. It starts to make you wonder "do they even care?". They miss the warning signs, even though we're taught what to look for in health class. The teachers miss it. My parents miss it. Of course, nobody noticed two months ago when I had red lines running from my shoulder to my wrist. Karolina noticed the x's over my veins during volleyball season. Bright red and out in the open in my tank top jersey, and she was the only one the caught them. It's hard to come out of a funk like that when all you want to do is cut more until somebody, anybody notices and gets you help. Nobody noticed. Nobody but Ryan. But Ryan's been there. He watches closely. He's my lifeline. He keeps me grounded. He listens while I talk, actually listens. He helps me through the rough times. He laughs with me and tells me that it'll be alright and convinces me to keep going.

In the past 5 years I have drafted countless suicide notes. I've thought of how I'd do it- pills, a blade, a noose. I've written goodbyes and burnt them afterwards. I've got the scars on my arms, my legs, my stomach, my back. They've faded, for the most part, but it's still there and I don't trust myself to not start again, so I go to Ryan and he listens and I'm ok for a month or two.

So this program is a really good idea. Anything to help people who are in need of it is a good thing.

THIS SEEMS LIKE SOMETHING THAT WOULD TOUCH YOU LIKE IT WOULDN'T ANYONE ELSE ON HERE. YOU SHOULD CHECK IN TO SEE IF ANY OD THERE CONCERTS ARE GOING ON IN YOUR AREA.
