Twitter down due to Denial of Service Attack and seems to be affecting Facebook

I noticed that Facebook wasn't working this morning, but didn't know why.

I heard about it too, but I was just on both and they were fine for me.

I've been trying FB for going on 4 hours now...I was able to log on, but I can't do anything or even log off - I keep getting "connection interrupted."

I just now gave up on FB...it's been so slow for about an hour.

I was beginning to think that something was wrong with my internet connection when I couldn't get onto to Twitter. Facebook has been working for me fine all morning until I try to access any apps. That's when the big slow down occurs.

I've been unable to make any comments on FB today. I can read and see everything just can't change status or make comments.
