had a co-worker who was married to an identical twin from a family with many. first pregnancy was twins, second was a single, third was again twins. they realy wanted one more single child (thought it would kind of balance they kid dynamic in the household) but when they looked at the odds and her obgyn told her the odds that it might actualy be higher that she would conceive triplets they 'shut down the shop' .
