Does TWI give a discount on drinks at the Gurgling Suitcase?

We've used it there. Usually if it's Disney operated you'll get the TIW discount and Gurgling Suitcase is Disney operated.

It's listed on the TiW website: http://tablesinwonderland.com/

One of the few places that gives the discount but is not listed is the TOTWL @ BLT. I suspect it's not listed because access to the TOTWL is limited to DVC Members and the TiW card can be purchased by non DVC Members (that are either FL Residents or have an AP).
