Twenty-plus Inches of Rain, Eight-dollar ponchos, and perpetually pruny feet!

Finally catching up. Love the photos. Hate rain. I've been lucky to avoid it on my trips. I did get drenched when we were at DL 10 yes ago.

Congrats on BLT!!!!

And this is what we looked like for the rest of the trip...

Yes! I know this feeling!! I was there too- the 16th to 20th, and just focused on how great it was we were getting a constant, unwanted facial! :rotfl: But by the end, we were laughing SO MUCH because the rain was SO RIDICULOUS!!!:scared1: But we had the luxury of stick kids- :thumbsup2!

I noticed you're going to f&w- ALONE w/ your DH...just like my DH & I...:goodvibes:goodvibes. That will be awesome, even IF it rains!! :lovestruc Make sure to bring the stick kids! They're very easy to handle!

Not sure when you're going, but we're going in September-

IT NEVER RAINS IN FLORIDA THEN!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl2::rotfl2::lmao::lmao:

We were there too May 21-28. I think it rained everyday, and not a typical FL afternoon shower. I have been in some hurricanes that were milder than some of the storms we had. I hope that does not mean we will have an active hurricane season. I live in LA and we were hit by Gustav last Sept. Me and my DH and two kids were in Disney while Gustav visited our house. We came out ok but my inlaws house flooded and they lived with us for 3.5 months while there house was repaired. Oh well even with the rain we still had a great time. I can't wait to go back. I am dreaming of a Disney Cruise and land package for 2010.
