Lydia - last year we went with all my inlaws and had the same problem with 3 rooms/DDP/key cards, etc. The check in was a piece of cake at Pop, but every TS meal they had a heck of a time dividing up the check, applying to DDP and then charging to room separately for extras. Literally about 20-30 minutes at the end of each meal. Except for Le Cellier, she was the only server who had it going on.....

As for the rain, we got more in 3 days than we did last fall with TS Fay. A LOT more. Absolutely nuts.

Hi - my family was there at the exact same time. We arrived at POR on May 16th and were there through Sat May 23rd and it rained the entire time. Correct me if I'm wrong but the only sunshine was that first Sat and first part of Sunday and a little on Wednesday morning. Puddles oh puddles! On Friday the 22nd , the local weather said 28 inches of rain had fallen!

What section of POR were you in? We were in Alligator Bayou and it truly looked like a swamp! I wish I knew how to post pics so others could see how much rain we dealt with.

We left on the 18th so we got out just in time. But, man, did it pour on the 17th. The only good thing about it was non-stop rides on the ToT!! Most of the people had left the park!!

We were also at Disney the same time you were 5/16-5/23 and we stayed at the YC. The rain was just horrible. We found ourselves switching reservations twice just to have dinner in our resort so we wouldn't get rained on. The saddest part of the trip was that after we left the parks in the daytime we did not go back to any park at night because of the rain. Besides the first night, Fri night was the only night was the only time we were able to go into the parks at night. My DH and I originally decided not to go back in 2010, now we are discussing about returning next year. We felt that we didn't have the best time as we had in the past so why not look at returning.

Subscribing!! We were there last week too May 15-22. We left NJ after a week and half of rain and all I wanted was to lay out in the sun and relax. We purposely didn't plan a lot this trip so we can relax and even that didn't work out!! Now we are back home and expecting rain all week.....can't get away from it

Day 4

Tuesday May 19th

We headed to Epcot and by now were pros at setting up the strollers draped with ponchos, bringing changes of clothing, extra flip flops, towels, etc. Thank GOD the baskets under the stroller were huge. We jammed a lot of stuff in them. We also brought a ton of carabiner clips and used them to hang a bunch of things from the stroller's handlebar. I love OrlandoStrollerRentals.com and would highly recommend them to anyone. The stroller was luxurious and the kids were comfy and dry the whole time. My kids are pretty good nappers at home but I wasn't expecting good naps on this trip. They surprised me by napping 2-plus hours a day in the stroller!
