You will all love it! I did the 4 night and I think 5 night will be just the right amount of time....especially two stops at CC. I have seen the pictures of the new ship and it is beautiful....love the new slide too!

Also looking forward to your review on Bonnet Creek...I will probably be staying off property eek: I know) for my first night in May....unless I get a good AP rate or something......

A June 2011 cruise on that beautiful, new Disney Dream sounds very exciting! I bet that year between vacations goes very quickly!

The new Bonnet Creek resort sounds promising. Looking forward to your reviews of it.

Oh Thanks CP!!! I just got back from a nice birthday evening! I am looking forward to the cruise, too!! We were going to book a Moderate at WDW for the one night additional, but it was more (even with the AP discount) than this special intro rate at the Bonnet Creek resort, which looks really really nice! So for the afternoon we show up, I think it will be a great place to get our wits about us after the drive. The bed looks fabulous!

I hope you have a wonderful day! And the Dream! How exciting. I looked at it and for us, the dates we wanted they are only 3 or 4 day cruises which is too short for the flight time to make sense. I hear you on the deposit! I haven't booked ours yet as I don't expect it to book up as fast as the Dream so I'm holding off until Feb or so but ouch, it's a big one. Of course the nice thing about a big deposit is a big chunk of the cruise is already paid for!

Or at least that's what I keep telling myself.

With the cruise, we are glad to get that 5 day -- we tossed around a 7 day Eastern Caribbean, but we decided what we liked best was Castaway Cay the last time we did it. That westcoast to Alaska cruise that you are doing is awesome, though! We thought it was a great choice as well!! Your story, is exactly what my DH says! A large chunk is paid for up front. It does make sense. We had it b/c we decided to change our travel plans. So it wasn't as shocking!

You know when we went on the 7 day several years ago, I thought we had plenty to do -- but we just basically lounged around at the pool, did the excursions when they docked, enjoyed Castaway Cay, did several of the entertainment options that are on the boat, and Paolo's for tea and dinner a few times. we had PLENTY to do. I don't recall ever being bored!

Thank you!!!! Yes I am excited for it. It will be a good one for kids I think. It does look like a cool boat! I have photos, don't worry! I will be able to post these probably tomorrow or Sunday!

We were not going to stay off property this one night, but in this case it made sense, in so much as the resort is nice, and I figured for the price we were both curious -- The only Mod they had with the AP price was Carribean Beach. Which we have already stayed at. If one of the POrleans or CSR was available we would have stayed at the moderate, so since the other is a intro rate discount (rooms go for double what we paid) I figured it was a worthy try! Close to DTD, which is where we are going to go for a few hours, before a very good nights sleep!

Hi! Well you can do it online if you have the Reservation #s -- it is an option on the Dining Reservations part of "my Disney Vacation" OR yes, you can call the regular # and ask them to confirm the ADRs attached to the phone # or resort reservation you used to book them, or you can give them the reservation #s you have to confirm that you have the info right! I had made a few extras and such and I wanted to make sure I had cancelled those, as well as had the right times for the others that I did want. Like I had the time wrong in one case, 8:55 not 8:45, stuff like that. This was such a busy time to schedule adrs (for the holiday season) that I was afraid I didn't copy something right, etc.

OH they are going to FLY by you are so right!!! I will probably get a total of 5 hours of sleep the whole week!

It is a Canon Powershot SX20 IS... I tried it out this weekend, but I have to make sure I got a CD download of my last photos from this summer before I reformat the photo card for this camera. My DH heard my "wish" for a new camera I guess! He said I take too many photos not to have a nicer camera... It is easy use, though, so not too complicated. I am really excited to take it to DISNEY!!

Okay so I have exactly 5 days before we depart for WDW and our Christmas Holiday extravaganza! I received my Disney Destination confirmation via email today! This is for the room that we reserved on the fall AP discount. It is for my DBIL actually, but that didn't stop me from planning ahead! I have been taking photos of a few projects but I am waiting to put together a final post with photos later!!!

On news front, I did get a new camera from DH for my birthday. He is anxious for me to try it out. I can't wait! I do promise a final photo update before we go. I have taken lots of good photos of all my Christmas planning and cheer here at home.

We made a big vat of eggnog on Sunday. I have a big pitcher and a few glass bottles filled. We have decided that rather than let it go to waste, we can take a bottle with us to Disney. This way I don't have to mix it from stratch.

The weather report says SUNNY!!! I can't wait! the suitcases are OUT and waiting to be filled secretly..
