Has anyone been there lately and what was your opinion? DS has chosen this as his resturant for our upcoming trip but I've been hearing some mixed reviews. We were there shortly after it opened and the food was good and authentic. Just wondering if over the past two years it's changed?

We were there last Tuesday. It was okay....if I had the chance to change the res now, I would go someplace else. I had nine people in my party. None of us loved it. Everyone said "let's try someplace else next time". The portions were small. Good thing we had the bread and desert to fill us up. The entrees would never have done that. I LOVE Italian food...but this was just not as great as a local place here in NJ (where they include the salad, Tutto doesn't).....It's just not worth the money...and we were on the dining plan! just my opinion. I wish I would have taken the reviews in the past couple of weeks and changed this res. I feel like I let my family down...oh well, there's always next time!

We went to Tutto for the 1st time this past Aug. since it was our 1st time on the DP. We loved it & didn't think the portions were small at all. The food was delicious, but if we weren't on the DP we would have never eaten there. It is just way too expensive. We will be returning on our next trip!
BTW, we are used to good NY Italian food & Tutto's was excellent.

we ate there a few months ago and the steak entree was delicious.......melt in your mouth and delicious......we loved the atmosphere and the service was fantastic as well.....
Remember we all like and dislike different things...so my review may be different then another persons review....

DH and I thought that the food was good, not great but good. We were also not too thrilled with the service. If you are not on the dining plan though I would skip it, the entrees are very overpriced.

We just ate there last Friday (2/5) and were REALLY disapointed! We love Italian food, and have several good Italian restaurants in our area, so we were really looking forward to this dinner. The appetizers and desserts were OK, but our entrees were terrible. My DH had the lasagne, and I had the farfalle with prosciutto and peas and they were both awful! It wasn't even up to Olive Garden standards. I was devestated, because it was our last dinner in Disney World and it was the worst one of the week. We will not be eating there again!

I went last June for the first time, and I had the Penne dish, which I loved! I then had the Gelati, which was rich but not too much.

And, depending on the dish, the servings are pretty well sized. Like my brother had lasagna, and it was MASSIVE. He could hardly finish it. My dish was decent in size, but not too big. I actually prefer it that way. I hate the feeling of an overstuffed tummy...makes me feel too bloated! I like being able to finish a meal that didn't leave me hungry, but also didn't leave me stuffed like a turkey! :lmao:

and yes, the prices are...well, pricey lol, but if you're on the DP, it's good to go. My mom and I weren't on our last trip, but my brother loves to go overboard to please us, so he insisted on paying for us and not letting us give him money!

We loved it. But, we don't do the lasagnas or pastas. We would order the steak or the salmon (which was delicious!) and the copetta soto bosco was to wonderful....my new favorite dessert!

we were there last week of January, and we liked it. Did not think the portions were small at all, and thought the taste was good to very good. But thought it was really pricey for pasta dishes. If you're using a dining plan and wanting Italian food, this is a good choice to get your money's worth.

Last year when we were there, we thought it was great! Both the service and food was very good and the cute Italian waiters don't hurt either;)

Went last June and the food was fabulous. Best meal we had out of 21 TS restaurants.

We were there in Dec. and absolutely loved it! We are planning on eating here in August this year again. It beats Olive Garden I'll tell ya that much. And the deserts are worth the trek over there alone!! Give it a try you never know, you may like it.

My DH and I love this place. I also had the farfalle with prosciutto and peas and I loved it. It was a larger portion and it was delicious. Our service was also very friendly.

I know this place used to get bad reviews but we had no reason to complain.

We went in July and loved it! Delicious meal and great service. We are going back in May!

Its excellent but Il Mulino is a million times better

I thought they have really good food and atmosphere, but to me it is overpriced to pay OOP even with a TIW card. Alfredo's was a must-do for me when they had the fettuccine, but Tutto Italia isn't. We have some great restaurants at home that are less expensive, albeit without Italian waiters...I will definitely go back there but it's not always at the top of the list.
