which is the TS restaurant in Epcot?
the disney.com website allows reservations for both...
the TA dining site only lists tutto...

someone please clear up my confusion!

Both are TS restaurants in Italy. Via Napoli is fairly new so the TA site probably just hasn't been updated.

Don't know the answer to the question about the dining plan; but yes, there are two TS restaurants in Italy. You may want to read the dining reviews here when trying to decide.

Both are single credits, but they have very different menus. We like Tutto for dinner and Via Napoli for lunch. The pizza is great and it is a nice break from the normal lunch stuff.

Yes, there are two TS restaurants. The old one did not close. Tutto Italia took over when Alfredo's contract ended, but there was no contract ending associated with the opening of Via Napoli; it opened as an additional restaurant. Both restaurants are run by the same company. Both are 1 credit meals on the plans. At Via Napoli you can also get a larger pizza to share for multiple credits (adult credits only). For a limited time (until January 7) Via Napoli is also selling pizza slices to go (margherita only). We don't have any official confirmation that you can use a DDP CS for this, but they're also offering a dessert and fountain beverages. There's no current indication this will continue past January 7.
