i was reading some of the dishes and wasnt sure of the italian wording

can someone maybe help explain the trickier dishes

It looks like they did a fairly decent job at explaining the dishes with Italian names, like you'd find in many Italian restaurants. Are there any specific ones that have gotten you confused?
