Been to both but years ago. Which is better or has a better combination of regular (waffles/eggs) and African inspired food?

If you are looking at breakfast, it is very similar food. Boma is 39, Tusker is 49. For dinner there is a difference.

Boma has a better dessert section. It has the soup section that is amazing. More African compared to Tusker. Price is 58 vs 64.

Biggest difference comes down to characters and access. Tusker is just easier to get to being inside a park.

Boma is better in terms of food, but if you're already at AK and want to stay at AK, just do Tusker House. Both are nice. We much prefer the side room at Tusker House to the main room.

I personally say Boma, though everyone makes good points (TH is easier, perhaps - certainly characters, etc).

I like boma better food wise but Tusker house has the characters. As much as I like boma, I personally think the price value isn’t what it should be given no characters and how out of the way it is. It used to be hidden gem but during the price increases last few years it outpaced most others and lost some of the relative value imo.

My personal go to in terms of cost to value is late Tusker house breakfast. That way you pay the character breakfast price but get to experience the breakfast and lunch dishes.
