Tusker House or Crystal Palace?

We don't have enough time to eat all the meals I want to at WDW! I've always wanted to try Tusker House for breakfast and Crystal Palace for lunch. We have both reservations but need to cancel one. Which buffet is better? CP is our current favorite breakfast meal. We've done Boma for dinner and enjoyed it too.

I abosolutely loved both. We did Crystal palace in 2009 and Tuska house this year. My first question is when is your breakfast? If it is before park opening then it is a no brainer breakfast at Tuska house. We had first seating and being in the parks before they open is a treat. If your ressie is for later I would say lunch in Crystal palace. First you dont want a late start at AK it gets soooo hot and Crystal Palace make a nice respite in the middle of the touring day. Hope this helps!

If you have already done CP then try something different, the Tusker House breakfast is a lot of fun. Different characters and a really nice way to start an AK day.

We love the CP for lunch and book it almost every time around 11:30. The last trip we went to TH for lunch and did not have a pleasant experience. Not usually the norm I am sure but they were so late we had first reservations and didn't get seated until1 hr 15 min past ADR. by then the place was packed and everyone rushed the buffet at the same time.

I love the lunch food at CP and it usually fills us for the rest of the day.
