Tusker House late lunch... is the food still fresh?

This is probably a silly question, but I booked us a late lunch at Tusker House @3:15... lunch ends at 3:30... so am I correct in assuming that means last table is sat at 3:30... will the food still be fresh? will we be rushed to see the characters? will they be trying to rush us thru our meal so they can prepare for the dinner crowd?
