Cooking Tusker House gravy recipe anyone?

We're looking for the recipe for the gravy they serve with the potatoes at Tusker House lunch/dinner buffet. It's a very dark rich gravy that looks and tastes totally unhealthy. LOL

Can anyone out there help?

I just checked & no one has posted this recipe yet. I've added your request to our thread, but recent experience has shown that the best way to obtain a recipe after leaving WDW is to contact them & include that date of your visit to the restaurant & a reservation number if possible.
