Tusker house breakfast/lunch

Disney website says that breakfast is thru 10:55 and lunch starts at 11:00
Read somewhere else that lunch change over is done between 11-1130? We want to be able to try both breakfast and lunch foods. Going back and forth between a 10:15 and 10:30 reservation. We will be there on a EMH Sat morning. There is just two in our party but, if they are backed up (and dont they still do the picture thing first)- which do you think of the two times would be best? TIA

We ate at 10:30 last Thursday and it was breakfast and lunch.
